Katie is an experienced Associate Solicitor in the Bristol Office, specialising in professional indemnity, contract and insurance coverage disputes.
Prior to joining Beale & Co Katie worked for a large national law firm in its contract disputes and professional negligence team, working for insurers and their insured clients on a wide range of civil litigation claims, including advice on policy coverage and interpretation.
Upon qualification Katie specialised in complex and high value matters including consumer contract disputes, contentious construction, professional negligence (solicitors, barristers, architects, surveyors, accountants and educational bodies), non-tribunal employment and discrimination claims, acting for both Claimants and Defendants.
